Desolace

Desolace is a bleak waste of grey ash, dead trees and the skulls of ancient kodo, which come to the Kodo Graveyard to die. The ruins of Highborne cities, blasted by the Great Sundering, crumble across its hills, and demons and satyrs still gather where old magic lingers.

It is the homeland of the centaur, born in the caverns of Maraudon from the union of Zaetar, son of Cenarius, and the earth princess Theradras. Their four tribes, the Kolkar, Gelkis, Magram and Maraudine, fight each other as fiercely as they fight outsiders. The Alliance holds Nijel’s Point and the Horde Shadowprey Village.
