Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros

Sulfuras is the colossal hammer of Ragnaros, a mass of flaming red elementium the Firelord never lets go of. In the elemental wars of the distant past he struck down Thunderaan, Prince of Air, with it. Since Thaurissan’s summoning, Ragnaros has ruled the Molten Core beneath Blackrock Mountain with the hammer in hand.

The true weapon is far too vast for mortal hands, but its likeness can be made. In the original game, a master blacksmith earned the plans for a Sulfuron Hammer from Lokhtos Darkbargainer of the Thorium Brotherhood in Blackrock Depths, then joined it with the rare Eye of Sulfuras taken from Ragnaros himself, creating a mortal-sized Hand of Ragnaros.
