1 min read
The night elves, “children of the stars”, one of the oldest civilizations of Kalimdor.
Descended from trolls changed by the Well of Eternity, the night elves built a dazzling empire under Queen Azshara before it drowned in the Sundering. For ten thousand years they lived as druids and Sentinels, kept ageless by Nordrassil, until the Third War cost them their immortality. Today they rule from Darnassus atop Teldrassil and stand with the Alliance.
