Legacy

Plan up to 16 points per character. Challenges can earn 65 account-wide points.
16 Legacy points for every beta tester. Since 8 October every tester has 16 Legacy points to spend, the most a character can spend at launch, and Blizzard expects them to stay until the beta ends. Resetting your Legacy talents costs 1 silver at the cheapest; after a re-spec the price drops back one step every hour, as for class talents.
