What changed in Forever

Arcane Focus now raises Arcane hit chance and Elemental Precision Fire and Frost hit chance (official).

Arcane Mind increases Intellect instead of maximum mana (official).

Mage Armor and Arcane Meditation increase mana regeneration from Spirit (official).

Frostfire Bolt uses the higher of your Fire and Frost spell damage (official).
How the priority is built
The app starts from written base weights per context (PvE/PvP) and boosts stats your build's talents rely on (e.g. Heating Up and Ignite rely on crit). It is a relative order; without a verified Forever simulation no per-stat numbers (EP) are given.
